Beverage Analysis with PBA-S Generation M
The PBA-S Generation M (Packaged Beverage Analyzer for Soft Drinks) is the up-to-date measuring system for beverage analysis. Determine sugar (°Brix) and CO2 in soft drinks without prior sample degassing. The beverage is filled into the analysis system directly from its container and is then measured within three minutes: °Brix and CO2 content are determined in a single work step. The modular system consists of the DMA 4100/4500/5000 M density meter, the CarboQC ME CO2 measuring module, and the PFD filling device not only guarantee fast results, the system also provides safe and comfortable working conditions and the fully traceable documentation of potential filling and measuring errors

Three Powerful Instruments
-          The DMA 4100/4500/5000 M controls the entire measurement. Density and °Brix are determined with the utmost precision based on the oscillating U-tube principle from Anton Paar
-          U-view™: Live image of DMA M measuring cell from a built-in camera (DMA 4500 M and DMA 5000 M)
-          The CarboQC ME selectively only determines the dissolved CO2 content based on the patented Multiple Volume Expansion method (AT 409673, GB 2373584, US 6,874,351).
The PFD filling system ensures the safe and clean filling of the instruments without any loss of CO2 directly from glass and PET bottles or cans
